Service Description
A one on one experience at either your home or mine! A lot of my clients have been with me for almost a decade. When I first started, I had a private salon where I would service the client one on one. No loud talking from others and no interruptions. Just us and the music. I've been getting some heat because my regulars became used to 'The Empress Experience', and now miss it. I completely understand because I do too. So I'm offering it to you again. This time, it'll be a little extra though 🤫 This experience is for those who can afford to be private! Booking Directions: You will first check the schedule to see what's available and then request your appointment here. Once approved, I will send you the payment link to complete your booking. Your appointment is only secured once the terms and deposit is met. Disclaimer: *For return clients only. Must be over 25 yrs of age to book me at your home, or have parental guidance present during the entire service. *No age requirement for bookings at my home. *The $50 fee is for 'The Empress Experience' only! It does NOT go towards the cost of the service. House calls to your place of business /residence will include an additional travel convenience fee of $25 + travel expenses which are determined on the day of service and is based on the method of transportation I use. (Uber/Lyft/Taxi/Car Rental)
Cancellation Policy
Semi-refundable: Bookings made before 36 hrs! The $35 deposit fee is deducted from the total balance. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment as needed up to 36 hrs before scheduled time OR cancel for a full refund. Anything less than a 36 hr notice, including a 'no call no show', will not be honored. A new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. No exceptions! Non-refundable: Appointments made within 36 hrs of service & extended service appts. No exceptions ! Please arrive 15 minutes early. A $10 fee will be assessed for every 15 minutes that you are late. Your appointment may be canceled along with the deposit forfeited if more than 30 minutes late. Please do not bring children unless they are being serviced. The work space is limited. If you are dropping off a child/teen/young adult, please be available to pick them up when their service is done. I am not a babysitter, and I have other obligations that I need to tend to promptly. Thank you!
